8 Week Junior Coaching Program
Next week we will be starting a new 8 week rolling coaching program for the juniors that will run on our normal nights; Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday afternoon. We will be starting on the putting green and covering a different skill every week going forward.
We will be mixing it up a bit doing short game one week and long game the following week. As part of this I will also be keeping a record of every junior that comes along and how they are progressing, so that we can develop their skills to a consistent level and work on any part of the game that they need to develop.
On the face of it there will appear very little difference to what goes on, but behind the scenes we will be so much more active to make sure that all the juniors develop to their best so that they can enjoy the game so much more. The most important part of this is that as always, we will be having fun on the range, pitching and putting green.
Lessons on Tuesday will now start at 4.30pm, 5.30pm and 6.30pm and you really do need to book, as we have a limit of 12 per hour as it is important for both safety as well as making sure the juniors get enough attention. Any parents that feel they want to come out and see what goes on would be very much appreciated.
On Tuesday please come into the shop and register, as we need to get everyone's names and email contacts to update our system. Thursday we will start as normal at 5.30 and also at 6.30. On Saturday the lessons will be as normal at 1pm. If we need to introduce another hour on Thursday we will do that, but will let you know next week.
Ladies Lessons
Ladies lessons will be as normal on Tuesday at 11am and at Wednesday at 7pm and we will be following the same theme as the juniors starting with putting and chipping and alternating what we do each week between long and short game.
