Greetings golfers, 

The shop is now really getting ready for the winter with a full stock of outerwear for both Men and Ladies so come in and have a good look around. We have a large clearance on summer apparel that is moving quickly so don't miss out as once these are gone they are gone. Also we have totally restocked on club wear and will be adding to the collection in next few weeks with a lot of crested winter club wear from woolly hats to mittens, polo necks and snoods to make sure the winter golf is as enjoyable as possible. 

This would be a great time to purchase new shoes, as the seasons start to change and we have a large overstock of shoes that will be cleared out at cost price over the next month. These range from the latest Tour 360 shoe to light weight summer shoes, all of which will still carry a 100% guarantee from date of purchase. There will be a new range of winter shoe coming into the shop, but if you are thinking about maybe heading away over the winter for some warm weather golf or already starting to think about next season, then the shoes in the shop at present would be a great purchase. 

Moving on from that we have a completely updated stock of the latest PING hardware that will be in the range till the end of 2017. At present with the exchange rate on Sterling, there is not a better time to get a new driver, fairway, irons or putter as the companies are starting to pass the exchange onto the customer, for once, but this might not last long. If you think there is anything that you could be looking for this side of Christmas, now is the time to lock it down before they change their mind. Saying that, the new product on sale is second to none and really worth a good look…just wait till you see the new Vault putters that will be on sale for probably a very limited time. 

When it comes to deciding on a driver or fairway there are so many different factors to consider. Firstly it has to look and feel right the very first moment that you lift it up. Next it has to do what it says it is going to do and there is no industry standard between the companies, and there is no real product much better than the next, they are all developed along with the same standards and goals. It really comes down to personal choice as every manufacturer is trying to hit the same target audience. There is not a bad product on the market and as with most things it can and is market/image driven.
